It is TIME.SOURCE is the culmination of my life's work to date.In this private, invitation-only mentorship and training, I will offer you the very best of what I have learned over the last 25 years of how to lovingly, powerfully, intuitively, and skillfully hold space for others' healing and transformation, and the support to bring your gifts into the world to serve others in a concrete way.This is unlike anything I have ever offered before.This is an educational curriculum.

SOURCE is intended to support you to create a concrete offering to bring your gifts more fully to the world.The way that this looks will be different for each participant. It could include 1-1 coaching, guiding circles, creating retreats, developing programs, facilitating workshops or events, offering healing sessions, hospice or doula work, working in person or online, applying our learning to bringing a new quality of leadership to your existing workplace, or whatever else you can dream of!The people you serve will also be unique to each of you - children, Elders, co-ed, non-binary, women, men, BIPOC, couples, topic-specific affinity groups (e.g. people who want to focus on nutrition or pyschedelics) - it's about who you feel most called to work with (which we will also spend time uncovering).IF THIS FEELS SCARY - the idea of putting something out into the world and even charging money for it - good news! The circle will be with you every step of the way. AND - you can start small - e.g. begin by offering one workshop or event, not a whole 6-month program. It takes time to gather capacity and we will cultivate your offering in an organic and sustainable way, to support its (and your) long-term flourishing.

Hi - I'm Katia.
Over the past 25 years, I have designed & successfully launched many different kinds of offerings - 1-1 coaching, couples' work, retreats, interracial dialogue groups, workshops ranging from an hour to 3 days, week-long intensives, nature immersions, vision fasts, 6-month programs, university courses, custom facilitation gigs for large-scale organizations, $1.6 million international development scale youth leadership programs, and so on.For most of these offerings, I have personally carried out EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of what it took to lead those programs - the vision and design, marketing, accounting, registration, web design, graphic design, media creation, pricing, staff hiring and management, and curriculum design -on top of my core role as facilitator and guide.
